Payment

We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We do not charge your credit card until your order is prepared for shipment.

Shipping

All in-stock products ship within 48 hours of order placement (Monday – Friday). Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.

Pre-orders and out of stock products

If one or more of the products in your order is a pre-order or out of stock item, shipment will be delayed until all items are available. If you would like to ship items separately, please place a separate order for those items.

Taxes and Fees

We charge 8% sales tax within California. Additional customs fees, duty fees, and other taxes may apply to international shipments.

Returns

Returned products must be in their original, unused condition and must be sent back within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us before returning your product and we will provide further instructions.

We only collect your information when you place an order. We take your privacy very seriously and only collect the information necessary for completing your order.
